We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, use the app, complete onboarding or assessments, use chat or AI-powered features, purchase or access subscriptions, request support, or otherwise contact us.

We do not intentionally request highly regulated categories such as payment card numbers, government-issued identifiers, or medical records through the ordinary use of the Services.

Payment Data

If you make purchases, subscriptions, or other in-app transactions, payment processing may be handled by Apple or another platform provider. We may receive limited transaction or entitlement metadata from the platform provider, such as subscription status, renewal state, or purchase confirmation. We do not necessarily receive your full payment card number.

Social Login Data

We may provide you with the option to register or sign in using supported identity providers such as Apple or Google. If you choose to do so, we may receive certain profile or account information associated with that provider, such as your name, email address, and provider-specific identifier, subject to the permissions and settings you choose with that provider.

Application Data

If you use our application, we may collect:

  • task, course, note, and progress data

  • crash, diagnostics, and performance information

If the app requests device permissions, such as notification permissions, you can manage those in your device settings.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your account information and associated user data, including chat history and other account-linked information, except where retention is required or permitted by law for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping. Backups or archived records may persist for a limited period until deletion is reasonably feasible.

Account Information

You may be able to review, change, or delete certain account information through the app or by contacting us.

If you request deletion of your account, deleting your MyndSet account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple. Subscription cancellation and billing management may need to be handled through your Apple account settings.

10. Controls For Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. Because there is not yet a uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.

11. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, including California, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal information we maintain about you.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits certain California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes as described in this Privacy Notice.

Where California law applies, California residents may also have the right to request correction, deletion, and access to personal information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information in circumstances where that right applies under law. We do not describe the Services in this Privacy Notice as using sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for purposes that would require a separate "limit use" mechanism beyond the rights described here.
